We strive to have ongoing classes and workshops to help you continue your quest towards optimal health. Our goal is to provide you as much information as possible so that you can maintain your health on your own, after weve given you the momentum. Our classes range from dietary workshops, regular meditation and qi gong classes, and Chinese massage (tuina) classes. Please check back often for our latest offerings.
